As a volunteer you can choose to have 2 different roles (or both if you want):

The Planner

A person who wants to understand how a conference is organized and manage some activities the months before the event.

Time required: availability to complete tasks during the months before the event

The Front-face of the Event

A person who wants to live our event, be part of it and help us making it shine.

Time required: from the day before the event until the last day

How can you Contribute?

Pre & Post Event Setup

If you want to see how the event industry looks before the lights go on, join our event production team. We need you to help us prepare the venue and dismantle it. You might get your hands a bit dirty.

Attendee Registration

You are the first face our attendees see and responsible for a fast and welcoming check-in process.

Information & Hospitality

If you are a night owl and love to organize dinners and parties, this role is perfect for you. Make the night an unforgettable one.

Speaker Support

You are responsible for our speakers, help them with everything and that they are on stage on time. No pressure though!

Stage Support

You are the technical support for our speakers, making sure everything on stage runs smoothly and that the rooms are not overcrowded.

Workshop Support

You are responsible for the rooms, companies and smooth check-in of attendees in an assigned workshop.

Catering Support

No one likes to be hungry and decaffeinated! Help our caterers provide food, drinks and unlimited amount of coffee for attendees.

Allrounder

If you cannot decide which team to choose, this is a perfect one for you. In this team, you are on-call and help where help is needed. Make sure participants can easily find their way and help maintain a tidy and safe environment.

Volunteer management support

Assist the team in coordinating and supervising other volunteers, ensuring they have a smooth experience and all the information they need to carry out their roles effectively.

Speaker & Partner Lounge Maintenance

Help the speakers relax before their talk, make them and our partners feel comfortable. Also keep the area restricted and tidy.

Side events & networking

Join this team if you would like to support our side events and networking formats before and during the conference.

Community activities management

Help us managing and creating community activities to engage our members and give them the possibility to live an incredible experience.

Entertainement

Would you like to dress like a dinosaur and walk around the conference having fun and making selfies with all the attendees? This is your role!

Feedback searcher

Help us collecting meaningful feedback from our attendes. Your role will be foundamental to understand what we can improve and to create our next edition.
