• How can I be sure this is the right event for me to attend?

• When and where does the Codemotion Conference Milan 2026 take place?

  The Codemotion Confereence Milan 2026 will take place on October 28-29, 2026 at Superstudio Più (via Tortona 27, Milan)

• What are the start and end dates and time of the event?

  Codemotion Conference Milan 2026 will take place on October 28 and 29.

  Doors will open at 8:30 AM (CEST) on Wednesday, October 28. The closing session is scheduled for 7:00 PM (CEST) on Thursday, October 29.

  We encourage you to arrive early to make the most of your experience.

• How can I redeem my conference T-shirt?

  To ensure you receive your T-shirt, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Ticket Requirement: T-shirts are only available to those who have purchased a ticket type that explicitly includes the garment.

  2. Size Selection: You must select your preferred size within the participant completion and assignment form by September 15th. This form will be activated and accessible only after you have completed the purchase of a valid ticket.

  3. Collection Point: T-shirts must be requested and collected exclusively at the Information Desk located inside the conference venue.

  4. Deadlines: T-shirts must be redeemed by the ticket holder during the event. Please note that if the T-shirt is not collected on-site, we will be unable to provide it through any other means (such as shipping or post-event pickup).

• Is this event GDPR compliant?

  Yes, your privacy is a top priority for us. We fully comply with GDPR regulations and will never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit permission.

Tickets

• I have purchased my ticket but I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

  Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can always transfer your ticket to someone else. Transfers will be available up to 7 days before the event

• Can I share my ticket with someone else during the conference days?

  No, each ticket is personal. To access the conference, you need to show your ID/passport at the registration desk.

• Can I give my ticket to someone else?

  In case you are unable to attend the conference, you can always transfer your ticket to someone else. Transfers will be available up to 7 days before the event. To transfer your ticket, simply click on “View order” in the order confirmation email, then on “View ticket” and “Re-assign”.

• Are there daily tickets?

  Unfortunately, no. There are no daily tickets for the Codemotion Conference Milan 2026, your ticket is valid for two full days. 

• Can I pay by bank transfer?

  Yes, just send an email to events@codemotion.it

• How and when can I obtain the invoice?

  During the purchase process, you will be asked to enter your details to obtain the invoice. The invoice will be sent within the first 10 days of the month following the purchase of the ticket.

• My company is foreign and exempt from Italian VAT. How should I proceed with purchasing tickets?

  When you purchase tickets online, the Italian VAT of 22% will be automatically added, even if you are exempt from VAT. If you need to proceed with a purchase without VAT, please contact us at events@codemotion.it before making the payment online, and we will issue an invoice without VAT. Unfortunately, VAT already paid for online orders cannot be refunded.

• I have purchased some tickets, how can I assign them to individual participants?

  You’ll be asked to provide the names of the attendees during the purchase. However, if you don’t have them yet, no worries — you can still buy the tickets right away and assign them to attendees later. Just click on ‘View order’ in your confirmation email to add the participant details when you have them.

• What is the difference between a regular Conference Pass and a Student pass?

  Both passes include full access to the event: all stages, all sessions, workshops, expo & conference official app. The difference is that the Student pass enables the students within our community to access the event and gain knowledge for a discounted price.

• Who can purchase a Student pass?

  I am a so called subtitle.

  Student passes can be bought by everyone with a valid student ID or similar certification from a university, school or similar institution. You will be asked for your student ID or respective proof at the registration in case you check-in with a student ticket.

• Are there discounts for group tickets?

  Yes, there is a discount for group orders of 3+ tickets.
