When and where does the event take place?
This year’s conference takes place on October 22-23 at Centro Congressi Stella Polare: Strada Statale Sempione, 28 20017, Rho Milano
Is food and beverages included in the ticket price?
Beverages are included and available unlimitedly throughout the day. Food is not included in your ticket. However, there will be a wide selection of food options available for purchase during the event, ranging from snacks to lunch. Further details will be provided in the weeks leading up to the event.

Tickets
I have purchased my ticket but I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can always transfer your ticket to someone else. Transfers will be available up to 7 days before the event (no later than noon on October 14, 2024)
Can I share my ticket with someone else during the conference days?
No, each ticket is personal. To access the conference, you need to show your ID/passport at the registration desk.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
In case you are unable to attend the conference, you can always transfer your ticket to someone else. Transfers will be available up to 7 days before the event. To transfer your ticket, simply click on “View order” in the order confirmation email, then on “View ticket” and “Re-assign”.
How and when can I obtain the invoice?
During the purchase process, you will be asked to enter your details to obtain the invoice. The invoice will be sent within the first 10 days of the month following the purchase of the ticket.
I have purchased some tickets, how can I assign them to individual participants?
You will be asked to provide the names of the attendees during the purchase. If you don’t know the names at that time, you can click on ‘View order’ in your confirmation email, and you will be prompted to assign your tickets to individual participants.
